BODYPUMP 30

If you want a Non-stop Bodypump then suggest Bodypump 30.

1 BP 30 If I didn't love you Tina Arena
2 BP 30 Eighteen strings Tinman
3 BP 30 Oye Gloria Estefan
4 BP 30 It's a shame B-One
5 BP 30 It's alright East 17
6 BP 30 U drive me crazy Waldo's People
7 BP 30 Whats up 2000 DJ Miko
8 BP 30 Excalibur FCB
9 BP 30 Rock with you D'Influence
10 BP 30 When you believe Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston

Track 2 is awesome Its a Shame is awesome it has a real YMCA feeling to it a real funky track :) and a good singalong track :) Alright East 17 awesome tricpes track and U Drive Me Crazy is a fun track :) Whats Up is a def fav leg track and Excalibur is a awesome shoulder track and finishes with Mariah Carey and Whitney Huston.

6 BP 30 U drive me crazy Waldo's People is a standout track 6.

1 BP 30 If I didn't love you Tina Arena a hard track to learn but love it.

2 BP 30 Eighteen strings Tinman people think Voodoo Child is "The Hardest Track 2" well I think The Haka and Eighteen Strings, The Race are hard track 2's IMO.

8 BP 30 Excalibur FCB if you have never done that track then I can safely say that shoulder tracks are not built like this one. At the end the shoulders simply fall off and you are left a total wreck. If you get the chance do track 8 of release 30 as there is no shoulder track like 30 ever :) IMO and the final set of exercises you simply crash and burn the shoulders :) a 10/10 track IMO :)

9 BP 30 Rock with you D'Influence is a remake of the hit by Michael Jackson. Love heal digs :) and the ending love it.

10 BP 30 When you believe Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston I miss bench work in track 10. Don't you just love it when they pack up their bench and say track 10 requires a bench :)

Now listening to the Cassette and re-learning it :)

The release goes back to 1997. Man do I feel old now reading that on the Cassette Cover!
